yapyep este construit pe o poziție simplă privind confidențialitatea: dilemele tale sunt personale, deci nu părăsesc niciodată dispozitivul. Modelul care pune trupa să se certe rulează complet în browser. Această pagină explică ce colectăm și, mai ales, ce nu colectăm.
Ce rămâne pe dispozitivul tău
Dilema pe care o scrii, banda desenată produsă de trupă și orice verdict sunt generate local de un model de limbaj din browser. Niciun text nu este trimis către vreun server — nici al nostru, nici al altcuiva. În afară de site în sine, singurele lucruri pe care browserul tău le aduce din rețea sunt fișierele cu greutățile modelului, statice și anonime, și contorul de vizite fără cookie-uri al Cloudflare, descris mai jos.
Scripturi de la terți
yapyep nu folosește Google Analytics, publicitate sau scripturi de urmărire. Singurul script terț este contorul de vizite fără cookie-uri al Cloudflare: numără vizitele agregat, nu stochează nimic pe dispozitivul tău și nu te poate identifica.
Ce se stochează local
yapyep nu folosește cookie-uri. Tema ta deschisă sau întunecată și culorile de cerneală pe care le alegi pentru ștampilele tale sunt stocate în localStorage-ul browserului, iar fișierele cu greutățile modelului sunt puse în cache de runtime, ca vizita următoare să fie instantanee. Nimic din toate acestea nu părăsește dispozitivul tău.

Purposes and legal bases
Hosting and security: Cloudflare processes technical data from each visit (IP address, browser, requested page) to serve the site and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookieless statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without any visitor identifier. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing how many people use the site (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The site uses no other analytics tool and shows no advertising.
Messages: if you write to contact@yapyep.com, your address and the content of your message are used only to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients and international transfers
No data is shared with third parties unless the law requires it. The following process data on the owner's behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security and statistics) and IONOS SE (email). Cloudflare may process data in the United States and participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The language model's files are downloaded directly from Hugging Face, Inc. (United States), which receives your IP address when serving them and processes it under its own privacy policy (huggingface.co/privacy). Nothing you type is ever sent to it.
Retention
Technical data is kept only for the short period Cloudflare needs to provide the service, and messages for as long as needed to reply to you and for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contact@yapyep.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use cookies. It keeps your light or dark theme and any custom colours you choose in your browser's local storage (localStorage), and caches the language model's files so your next visit is faster. None of this leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
