yapyep počiva na jednostavnoj logici privatnosti: tvoje dileme su osobne, pa nikada ne napuštaju tvoj uređaj. Model koji potiče ekipu na svađu radi u potpunosti u tvom pregledniku. Ova stranica objašnjava što prikupljamo — i ponajviše ono što ne prikupljamo.
Što ostaje na tvom uređaju
Dilema koju upišeš, strip koji ekipa producira i svaki verdikt nastaju lokalno preko jezičnog modela u pregledniku. Ništa od toga ne ide ni na koji poslužitelj — ni naš ni tuđi. Osim same stranice, tvoj preglednik s mreže dohvaća samo anonimne statičke datoteke s težinama modela i Cloudflareov brojač posjeta bez kolačića, opisan niže.
Skripte trećih strana
yapyep ne koristi Google Analytics, oglase ni skripte za praćenje. Jedina skripta treće strane je Cloudflareov brojač posjeta bez kolačića: broji posjete zbirno, ne pohranjuje ništa na tvom uređaju i ne može te identificirati.
Što se sprema lokalno
yapyep ne koristi kolačiće. Tvoja svijetla ili tamna tema i boje tinte koje odabereš za svoje pečate spremaju se u localStorage tvog preglednika, a težine modela sprema runtime u cache kako bi sljedeći posjet bio trenutan. Ništa od toga ne napušta tvoj uređaj.

Purposes and legal bases
Hosting and security: Cloudflare processes technical data from each visit (IP address, browser, requested page) to serve the site and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookieless statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without any visitor identifier. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing how many people use the site (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The site uses no other analytics tool and shows no advertising.
Messages: if you write to contact@yapyep.com, your address and the content of your message are used only to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients and international transfers
No data is shared with third parties unless the law requires it. The following process data on the owner's behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security and statistics) and IONOS SE (email). Cloudflare may process data in the United States and participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The language model's files are downloaded directly from Hugging Face, Inc. (United States), which receives your IP address when serving them and processes it under its own privacy policy (huggingface.co/privacy). Nothing you type is ever sent to it.
Retention
Technical data is kept only for the short period Cloudflare needs to provide the service, and messages for as long as needed to reply to you and for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contact@yapyep.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use cookies. It keeps your light or dark theme and any custom colours you choose in your browser's local storage (localStorage), and caches the language model's files so your next visit is faster. None of this leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
