yapyep folgt einer einfachen Datenschutz-Linie: Deine Dilemmas sind sehr persönlich, also verlassen sie nie dein Gerät. Das Modell, das die Crew streiten lässt, läuft komplett im Browser. Diese Seite erklärt, was wir erheben — und vor allem, was nicht.
Was auf deinem Gerät bleibt
Das eingegebene Dilemma, der erzeugte Comic-Strip und das Verdict werden lokal von einem Sprachmodell im Browser produziert. Nichts davon geht an einen Server — weder unseren noch fremde. Abgesehen von der Website selbst holt dein Browser aus dem Netz nur die anonymen statischen Modell-Gewichte und Cloudflares cookielosen Besucherzähler, der weiter unten beschrieben ist.
Drittanbieter-Skripte
yapyep verwendet weder Google Analytics noch Werbung noch Tracking-Skripte. Das einzige Skript eines Drittanbieters ist Cloudflares cookieloser Besucherzähler: Er zählt Besuche aggregiert, speichert nichts auf deinem Gerät und kann dich nicht identifizieren.
Was lokal gespeichert wird
yapyep verwendet keine Cookies. Dein helles oder dunkles Design und alle von dir gewählten Stempelfarben werden im localStorage deines Browsers gespeichert, und die Gewichtsdateien des Modells werden von der Runtime zwischengespeichert, damit der nächste Besuch sofort startet. Nichts davon verlässt dein Gerät.

Purposes and legal bases
Hosting and security: Cloudflare processes technical data from each visit (IP address, browser, requested page) to serve the site and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookieless statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without any visitor identifier. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing how many people use the site (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The site uses no other analytics tool and shows no advertising.
Messages: if you write to contact@yapyep.com, your address and the content of your message are used only to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients and international transfers
No data is shared with third parties unless the law requires it. The following process data on the owner's behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security and statistics) and IONOS SE (email). Cloudflare may process data in the United States and participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The language model's files are downloaded directly from Hugging Face, Inc. (United States), which receives your IP address when serving them and processes it under its own privacy policy (huggingface.co/privacy). Nothing you type is ever sent to it.
Retention
Technical data is kept only for the short period Cloudflare needs to provide the service, and messages for as long as needed to reply to you and for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contact@yapyep.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use cookies. It keeps your light or dark theme and any custom colours you choose in your browser's local storage (localStorage), and caches the language model's files so your next visit is faster. None of this leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
