yapyep è costruito su un principio di privacy semplice: i tuoi dilemmi sono personali, quindi non lasciano mai il tuo dispositivo. Il modello che fa litigare la combriccola gira interamente nel browser. Questa pagina spiega cosa raccogliamo — e soprattutto cosa no.
Cosa resta sul tuo dispositivo
Il dilemma che scrivi, la striscia a fumetti che la combriccola produce e qualunque verdetto sono generati localmente da un modello linguistico nel browser. Nessuno di questi testi viene inviato a un server — né nostro né di terzi. A parte il sito stesso, le uniche cose che il tuo browser scarica dalla rete sono i pesi del modello, file statici anonimi, e il contatore di visite senza cookie di Cloudflare, descritto più sotto.
Script di terze parti
yapyep non usa Google Analytics, non mostra pubblicità e non carica script di tracciamento. L'unico script di terze parti è il contatore di visite senza cookie di Cloudflare: conta le visite in forma aggregata, non memorizza nulla sul tuo dispositivo e non può identificarti.
Cosa viene salvato localmente
yapyep non usa cookie. Il tuo tema chiaro o scuro e i colori d'inchiostro che scegli per i tuoi timbri vengono salvati nel localStorage del browser, e i pesi del modello vengono messi in cache dal runtime così la prossima visita è istantanea. Niente di tutto ciò lascia il tuo dispositivo.

Purposes and legal bases
Hosting and security: Cloudflare processes technical data from each visit (IP address, browser, requested page) to serve the site and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookieless statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without any visitor identifier. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing how many people use the site (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The site uses no other analytics tool and shows no advertising.
Messages: if you write to contact@yapyep.com, your address and the content of your message are used only to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients and international transfers
No data is shared with third parties unless the law requires it. The following process data on the owner's behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security and statistics) and IONOS SE (email). Cloudflare may process data in the United States and participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The language model's files are downloaded directly from Hugging Face, Inc. (United States), which receives your IP address when serving them and processes it under its own privacy policy (huggingface.co/privacy). Nothing you type is ever sent to it.
Retention
Technical data is kept only for the short period Cloudflare needs to provide the service, and messages for as long as needed to reply to you and for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contact@yapyep.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use cookies. It keeps your light or dark theme and any custom colours you choose in your browser's local storage (localStorage), and caches the language model's files so your next visit is faster. None of this leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
